Hudson International has been working in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) for over 10 years and regularly visit our clients and candidates in DACH. Although Hudson no longer has a physical presence in Germany we do have a presence in Zurich, Switzerland with German nationals as well as German speaking researchers in our team. Middle East

The International and Emerging Markets team has been hiring expatriates to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region for over 35 years mainly to Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and UAE. Given our global presence in over 20 countries we have well developed networks of candidates from the US, Europe and Australasia seeking moves to the GCC combined with local networks within the GCC.

We have a project team based in London who can help with visas, medicals and relocation advice and travel to the region regularly so we can accurately advise candidates and clients new to the GCC.
Typically we are approached to hire managers, directors and c-suite positions within the oil & gas, (upstream and downstream) power, manufacturing, public and educational sectors.

Africa

Across Africa we recruit roles within mining and metals, oil and gas, HR, accounting and finance, and senior management. The team have successfully executed recruitment assignments in the following African countries; Sierra Leone, Senegal, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Mauritania, South Africa and Algeria. 






 

Commonwealth of Independent States

Our recruitment service in the Commonwealth of Independent States (the Former Soviet Union) is focused primarily on the mining and metals sector. The team have successfully executed recruitment assignments in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

We are focused on mining and metals projects and operations in the Americas, particularly in Canada or for Canadian companies with assets in Central America and Africa. 







 

Turkey

In Turkey our recruitment expertise focuses on sales and marketing, mining and metals, oil and gas and senior management.
Hudson have been successfully assisting multinational companies seeking to expand into the Turkish market and / or seeking talent from Turkey to work in overseas markets such as the GCC for over 6 years. Hudson focuses on the recruitment of mid to senior level roles within operations and projects including mine managers, technical service engineers, exploration geologists along with project managers and various engineers - civil, process and mechanical - that are requisite for constructing major, multi-billion dollar projects throughout the world.
