Luke Archer Managing Director - IT&T, London, Dubai and International Markets

Luke joined Hudson in 2003, where he built a successful IT Recruitment division focused on the UK and European Banking sectors, becoming Director of the IT Banking division in 2005. In October 2007 he was promoted to Managing Director of Hudson's UK IT&T division taking charge of the IT Banking & Financial Services, IT Commercial and Telecoms divisions nationally. From the beginning of 2009, Luke in addition became Managing Director of all of Hudson's functional businesses within London and Dubai, and our International Markets division.

Before joining Hudson, Luke's career included 11 years with the Royal Navy, followed by a move to Spring IT in 1998, where he recruited within the Financial Services sector for 5 years.

Tom Mason Managing Director - Corporate Solutions

Tom joined Hudson in 2002 as UK Sales Director. In 2005 he assumed responsibility for the recruitment process outsourcing division at Hudson catering for a variety of key client relationships across Europe. In addition to this remit he manages the Commercial team, supporting the commercial sales approach for all Hudson Services, with responsibilty for corporate sales and key accounts.
 
Prior to joining Hudson, Tom worked as Sales Director at Resource Solutions and Business Development Manager at MSB.

Peter Cosgrove Managing Director - English Regions & Ireland

Peter joined Hudson at the start of 2003 as Managing Consultant within the Banking & Finance and Commerce & Industry divisions before being promoted to Country Manager of Ireland in 2004. In June 2009 his remit widened to include the Midlands and North England.

Prior to joining Hudson Peter worked at JP Morgan and PwC for over seven years, where he specialised in investment banking within their management consultancy divisions.  Upon leaving Peter joined the Banking & Finance division of Robert Walters before returning to Ireland to join Hudson.

Karen Scott Managing Director - Scotland

Karen is Managing Director of the Hudson business within Scotland.

She joined Hudson in January 2005 as Director of the Search & Selection Practice. In 2006, Karen assumed responsibility for the Accountancy & Financial Services business within Scotland.

Prior to joining Hudson she was employed in as Senior VP Human Resources of a 2 billion Euro Global Telecomm Company. Previously, Karen was European HR Director for Polaroid Corporation.
